Keto arugula & pepperoni pizza
This pizza recipe combines our almond flour crust with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella & pepperoni slices. When pizza is done, we top it with arugula & sliced olives. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Crust
1 almond flour dough (search for our recipe) (332 gr)
Sauce
0.5 cup(s) marinara sauce - no added sugar (132 gr)
2 tbsp(s) olive oil (27 gr)
0.5 tsp(s) dried ground oregano (1 gr)
0.5 tsp(s) dried ground thyme (1 gr)
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
Toppings
1.5 cup(s) shredded mozzarella (168 gr)
12 pepperoni slice(s) (24 gr)
20 gr arugula
Optional
4 Kalamata olives, in slices (20 gr)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F and prepare the pizza crust according to our "Almond flour dough" recipe
- Prep time: 10 minutes. Cook time: 12 minutes
- In a bowl, mix the marinara sauce* with the olive oil, oregano & thyme. Season with a bit of salt & pepper, if needed
- Using a spoon, spread the sauce evenly on the crust
- Spread the shredded mozzarella and top with the pepperoni slices
- Bake for 4-5 minutes using the oven broiler, until the mozzarella has melted
- Or for about 10 minutes in the oven
- Top with arugula & optionally some olive slices
- Using a pizza cutter or a knife, cut the pizza into 6 pieces and serve
