Keto avocado, eggs & bacon

Instructions

Bacon

1. Place a skillet over medium-high heat and add the bacon slices
2. Cook for 2 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired crispiness
3. When ready, remove bacon to 1 serving dish(es)

Eggs

1. Place the skillet back to medium heat
2. Crack the egg(s) in the skillet - add salt & pepper (to taste)
   • Bacon grease in the skillet should be ok to cook the egg(s). If needed, add a bit of olive oil
3. Cover the skillet and let cook for 2-3 minutes, until the egg white is set & the yolk is still runny
   • Cook for more, if you don't prefer soft eggs
   • Alternatively, you may poach the egg(s)
4. Remove the egg(s) to the serving dish(es)

Mushrooms (optional)

1. Slice the mushrooms and set aside
2. Place the skillet back to medium heat and add the olive oil
3. Add the sliced mushrooms in the skillet, when oil is heated
4. Cook for about 5 minutes, until they are tender
5. Lay on the serving dish(es) too and serve

Avocado (optional)

1. Wash the avocado(s), cut in half, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh
2. Cut each avocado half into slices, season with a bit of salt and place on the serving dish(es) too
