Keto bacon wrapped green beans

Blanch the green beans, wrap with bacon and saute for a few minutes. That's it! Amazing choice for a side dish and great to serve at a party or gathering. Enjoy!

Ingredients

360 gr green beans

6 bacon slice(s) (168 gr)

1 tbsp(s) olive oil (14 gr)

Seasoning

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large skillet of water to a boil and boil the green beans for 5 minutes
  2. Use a colander to drain and then rinse with cold water
  3. Divide the green beans into 6 bundles
    • Example for 6 servings: 360gr / 12.7oz green beans = about 6 bundles of 10 green beans
  4. Wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon and set aside
  5. Place the skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil
  6. Place the green beans bundles in the skillet and season with salt & pepper
  7. Saute for 4-5 minutes, flipping them halfway through
