Keto bacon wrapped green beans
Blanch the green beans, wrap with bacon and saute for a few minutes. That's it! Amazing choice for a side dish and great to serve at a party or gathering. Enjoy!

Ingredients
360 gr green beans
6 bacon slice(s) (168 gr)
1 tbsp(s) olive oil (14 gr)
Seasoning
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Bring a large skillet of water to a boil and boil the green beans for 5 minutes
- Use a colander to drain and then rinse with cold water
- Divide the green beans into 6 bundles
- Example for 6 servings: 360gr / 12.7oz green beans = about 6 bundles of 10 green beans
- Wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon and set aside
- Place the skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil
- Place the green beans bundles in the skillet and season with salt & pepper
- Saute for 4-5 minutes, flipping them halfway through
