Keto curry tuna & avocado salad
This delicious tuna salad recipe comprises canned tuna fish, avocado, mayonnaise and curry powder. Hmm... you may be thinking... tuna with curry powder? This was my initial thought too. But... oh yes! Their combination is literally amazing. Try this out and make a perfect tuna salad!

Ingredients
160 gr canned tuna in water, drained
0.5 avocado(s) (101 gr)
2 tbsp(s) mayonnaise (28 gr)
1 tsp(s) curry powder (2 gr)
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
Garnish
1 tsp(s) lemon zest (2 gr)
0.25 tbsp(s) fresh parsley, chopped (1 gr)
Instructions
- Place the drained tuna in a bowl
- Dice the avocado(s) and add in the bowl too, along with the mayonnaise*, curry powder, salt & pepper
- Mix well the ingredients, using a fork
- Taste the mixture, add more salt and/or pepper and/or mayonnaise, if needed
- Garnish with a bit of lemon zest & fresh chopped parsley and serve
Notes
✔ *Simply, use an egg-free mayonnaise, if you are not an egg-eater
✔ Serve on your favorite toasted bread (or search for our recipes!), celery sticks or salad greens
