Ingredients
5 large egg(s) (250 gr)
Dip
2.5 tbsp(s) mayonnaise (35 gr)
2.5 tsp(s) mustard (13 gr)
1 tbsp(s) lemon juice (15 gr)
1 tsp(s) garlic powder (3 gr)
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Eggs
- Hard boil the eggs (10 minutes needed) and then cool them in a bowl with cold water
- [In the meantime, prepare the dip for stuffing the eggs]
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half
- Remove the yolks with a spoon and put them in a bowl
- Set the egg whites aside in a dish
Mayonnaise & mustard dip
- In a bowl add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt & pepper (to taste)
- Mix well the ingredients until you have a smooth texture
Assembly
- Mix well the egg yolks and the dip using a fork
- Using a spoon or a pastry bag, fill in the egg whites with the mix
- Optionally, sprinkle some paprika on the egg halves and serve
