Vegetarian keto stuffed eggs with mayonnaise & mustard

Ingredients

5 large egg(s) (250 gr)

Dip

2.5 tbsp(s) mayonnaise (35 gr)

2.5 tsp(s) mustard (13 gr)

1 tbsp(s) lemon juice (15 gr)

1 tsp(s) garlic powder (3 gr)

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Eggs

  1. Hard boil the eggs (10 minutes needed) and then cool them in a bowl with cold water
  2. [In the meantime, prepare the dip for stuffing the eggs]
  3. Peel the eggs and cut them in half
  4. Remove the yolks with a spoon and put them in a bowl
  5. Set the egg whites aside in a dish

Mayonnaise & mustard dip

  1. In a bowl add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt & pepper (to taste)
  2. Mix well the ingredients until you have a smooth texture

Assembly

  1. Mix well the egg yolks and the dip using a fork
  2. Using a spoon or a pastry bag, fill in the egg whites with the mix
  3. Optionally, sprinkle some paprika on the egg halves and serve
