5 gr fresh spinach

5 prosciutto slice(s) (70 gr)

3 cherry tomatoes (51 gr)

10 mozzarella balls (130 gr)

1 tbsp(s) olive oil (14 gr)


  1. Lay some spinach leaves (or any other green leaves you prefer) on a serving dish
  2. Then, roll the prosciutto slices and add in the dish too
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes into half and place on the leaves
  4. Lastly, add a handful of mozzarella balls in the center of your platter
  5. Drizzle a bit of olive oil and serve
