Vegetarian keto no-crust "cheesecake"

I call this dessert the simplest keto "cheesecake" ever! Just mix cream cheese, with yogurt & vanilla and voilà! It's so simple to make and you can use a variety of toppings to serve yourself a different dessert every day!

Ingredients

0.5 cup(s) plain Greek yogurt (120 gr)

0.5 cup(s) cream cheese (116 gr)

0.5 tsp(s) vanilla extract (2 gr)

Instructions

  1. Add the yogurt, cream cheese & vanilla in a food processor and process, until smooth
  2. Taste the mixture: optionally stir in a bit of sweetener, until it reaches your desired sweetness
  3. Pour the mixture into 4 bowls or a large one
  4. Add your preferred topping, e.g. fruit, no-sugar jam, sugar-free syrups, etc
  5. Store in the fridge
