Vegetarian keto no-crust "cheesecake"
I call this dessert the simplest keto "cheesecake" ever! Just mix cream cheese, with yogurt & vanilla and voilà! It's so simple to make and you can use a variety of toppings to serve yourself a different dessert every day!
0.5 cup(s) plain Greek yogurt (120 gr)
0.5 cup(s) cream cheese (116 gr)
0.5 tsp(s) vanilla extract (2 gr)
- Add the yogurt, cream cheese & vanilla in a food processor and process, until smooth
- Taste the mixture: optionally stir in a bit of sweetener, until it reaches your desired sweetness
- Pour the mixture into 4 bowls or a large one
- Add your preferred topping, e.g. fruit, no-sugar jam, sugar-free syrups, etc
- Store in the fridge
