Ingredients

2 salmon fillet(s), raw (318 gr)

1 tbsp(s) olive oil (14 gr)

Seasonings

1 tsp(s) garlic powder (3 gr)

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Asparagus

200 gr asparagus, trimmed

1 tbsp(s) olive oil (14 gr)

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Serving

2 tbsp(s) olive oil (27 gr)

Instructions

Salmon

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F
  2. Lay the salmon fillet(s) on a baking tray covered with parchment paper
  3. Add the olive oil & seasonings in a bowl and combine
  4. Brush the salmon fillet(s) with the olive oil mixture
  5. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through

Asparagus

  1. While the salmon is in the oven, prepare the sauteed asparagus - search for our recipe
    • Around 10 minutes needed

Serving

  1. Place the salmon & asparagus on a dish and drizzle the olive oil
