Keto sauteed garlicky shrimps

Delicious garlicky shrimps, sauteed in olive oil and served with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Cooked in just 5 minutes and ready to serve! Enjoy this high protein dish with sauteed green beans or a colorful salad.

Ingredients

450 gr frozen raw shrimps, peeled & deveined

2 clove(s) of garlic (6 gr)

2 tbsp(s) olive oil (27 gr)

Seasoning

1 tsp(s) dried rosemary (1 gr)

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Serving

1 lemon(s) juiced (48 gr)

Instructions

  1. Defrost the shrimps, by placing them in a bowl of water for 10 minutes
  2. Then, dry them with a towel and season with rosemary, salt and pepper
  3. In the meantime, peel and chop the garlic
  4. Place a deep skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil & the garlic and stir with a wooden spoon
  5. When garlic begins to sizzle, add the shrimps
  6. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes (depending on the size of the shrimps) on each side, until they turn pink
    • Use a fork or tongs to flip them
  7. Remove from heat and place on a serving dish
  8. Serve with freshly squeezed lemon juice

Notes

450gr frozen raw shrimps / 1 pound, peeled & deveined = 21-25 jumbo or 26-30 x-large or 31-40 large shrimps
