Keto tuna balls

This recipe is so simple to make and sooooo delicious! I often make tuna balls for a quick lunch or dinner, but it is also a great treat for parties :) You may serve with green salad, steamed vegetables or a yogurt sauce. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 canned tuna in water, drained (165 gr)

1 large egg(s) (50 gr)

1 tbsp(s) spring onion(s) / scallion(s), chopped (6 gr)

Seasoning

1 tsp(s) dried parsley (1 gr)

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Cooking

1 tbsp(s) olive oil (14 gr)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the well-drained tuna of 1 can(s), 1 egg(s), chopped scallion, parsley (dried or fresh) and season with salt & pepper (to taste)
  2. Mix well to form a dough
  3. Form around 6 tuna balls
  4. Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil
  5. When oil is heated, add the tuna balls. Flip when golden brown
  6. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side
