Ingredients

Salad

6 cup(s) mixed salad greens (210 gr)

2 avocado(s) (402 gr)

400 gr cherry tomatoes

20 mozzarella balls - regular or vegetarian (260 gr)

Vinaigrette

4 tbsp(s) olive oil (54 gr)

1.5 tbsp(s) balsamic vinegar (24 gr)

Optional

1 tsp(s) mustard (5 gr)

Seasoning

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place the salad greens in a salad bowl
  2. Wash the avocado(s), cut in half, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh
  3. Cut each avocado half into slices and place in the salad bowl too
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add in the bowl, along with the mozzarella balls
  5. Season with salt & pepper and mix the salad
  6. Put the olive oil, vinegar, mustard (optional), salt & pepper in a small jar with lid, and shake to combine the vinaigrette
  7. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss. Ready to serve
