0.5 large cucumber(s), unpeeled (151 gr)

1 clove(s) of garlic (3 gr)

1.5 tbsp(s) olive oil (20 gr)

15 tbsp(s) plain Greek yogurt (225 gr)

0.5 tbsp(s) apple cider vinegar (7 gr)

1.5 tsp(s) fresh dill, chopped (1 gr)


salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)


  1. Grate the cucumber and then gently squeeze it between your hands to drain it. Set aside in a bowl
  2. Place the garlic cloves and the olive oil in a food processor and pulse, until the garlic is well mashed
  3. Move to the bowl with the drained cucumber
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl, season with salt & pepper and stir, until all ingredients are well-combined
  5. Taste the mixture, add more salt and/or pepper, if needed
  6. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour for the flavors to blend, before serving
