Vegan keto curry roasted broccoli

A friend of mine mentioned that broccoli is perfect with curry powder, so I thought I should try this. So, I used the "roasted broccoli" recipe and added curry powder, instead of garlic mentioned in the original recipe. The result was magnificent!

Ingredients

450 gr broccoli florets

4 tbsp(s) olive oil (54 gr)

2 tsp(s) curry powder (4 gr)

Seasoning

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F
  2. Place the broccoli in a baking dish, as well as the olive oil, curry powder, salt & pepper (to taste) and toss
  3. Bake, until lightly browned
    • 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of your broccoli florets
