Vegan keto green beans with garlic
Crispy and tender green beans with a spicy-garlicky flavor; super easy to make and super yummy. If you are a garlic fan, you'll most definitely love this dish!

Ingredients
360 gr green beans
3 tbsp(s) olive oil (41 gr)
3 clove(s) of garlic (8 gr)
Seasoning
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
Optional
3 tbsp(s) hemp seeds (30 gr)
Instructions
- Bring a large skillet of water to a boil and boil the green beans for 5 minutes
- Use a colander to drain and then rinse with cold water
- Place the skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil
- Chop the garlic and add in the skillet. Saute for 1 minute, while stirring with a wooden spoon
- Then, add the green beans and stir so that they are well covered with oil
- Season with salt & pepper and cook for 3-4 more minutes
- Serve with 0.5 tablespoon of hemp seeds (optional) per serving

✔ Hemp seeds are suggested in this recipe as a source of protein, which this dish lacks: 0.5 tablespoon per serving adds as less as 0.2gr of Net carbs to the dish and also complements with 1.6gr of Protein, as well as 2.4gr of Fat
