360 gr green beans

3 tbsp(s) olive oil (41 gr)

3 clove(s) of garlic (8 gr)


salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)


3 tbsp(s) hemp seeds (30 gr)


  1. Bring a large skillet of water to a boil and boil the green beans for 5 minutes
  2. Use a colander to drain and then rinse with cold water
  3. Place the skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil
  4. Chop the garlic and add in the skillet. Saute for 1 minute, while stirring with a wooden spoon
  5. Then, add the green beans and stir so that they are well covered with oil
  6. Season with salt & pepper and cook for 3-4 more minutes
  7. Serve with 0.5 tablespoon of hemp seeds (optional) per serving
