Vegan keto seed crackers

Ingredients

8 tbsp(s) ground flaxseed (56 gr)

3 tbsp(s) chia seeds (42 gr)

3 tbsp(s) toasted sunflower seeds (26 gr)

2 tbsp(s) hulled sesame seeds (16 gr)

Optional

salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C / 320°F
  2. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and add as much water as needed (about 6 tablespoons per 16 tablespoons of seeds)
  3. Mix well the ingredients until they form a solid dough and let the dough sit for 10 minutes
  4. Place the mixture between two pieces of parchment paper and roll, until the dough gets thin
  5. Remove the top piece of paper and use a knife to cut the dough into (about) 25 squares
  6. Transfer the dough onto a baking tray, using the bottom piece of parchment
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crisp
  8. Let them cool down and then break into crackers

Notes

✔ You may add all or some of the sunflower seeds in a food processor and grind them

✔ If you are allergic to sesame seeds, simply replace them with another kind of seeds of your choice
