Ingredients

6 low-carb tortilla(s), 18cm | 7" (168 gr)

3 tbsp(s) olive oil (41 gr)

salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F
  2. Brush both sides of the tortillas with the olive oil
  3. Cut into chips, strips, triangle or other shape, using a pizza cutter or a knife and lay on a baking tray covered with parchment paper
  4. Sprinkle some salt
  5. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, until they reach your desired crispiness
    • Flip the tortilla chips halfway through
