Keto lazy tortilla chips
Easy peasy! All you have to do is bake your low carb tortillas and... here are your keto tortilla chips to accompany your soups, sauces and dips. Enjoy!
6 low-carb tortilla(s), 18cm | 7" (168 gr)
3 tbsp(s) olive oil (41 gr)
salt (to taste)
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F
- Brush both sides of the tortillas with the olive oil
- Cut into chips, strips, triangle or other shape, using a pizza cutter or a knife and lay on a baking tray covered with parchment paper
- Sprinkle some salt
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes, until they reach your desired crispiness
- Flip the tortilla chips halfway through
