These avocado bites are prepared in minutes and are delicious! Mash the avocado and mix with egg, parmesan cheese and seasonings; shape and bake in the oven. That's it! So simple! Ingredients

1 avocado(s) (201 gr)

1 large egg(s) (50 gr)

0.5 tbsp(s) lemon juice (8 gr)

8 tbsp(s) shredded parmesan - regular or vegetarian (40 gr)

Seasoning

1 tsp(s) Italian seasoning (2 gr)

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F
  2. Wash the avocado(s), cut in half and scoop out the flesh into a bowl
  3. Add the egg(s), lemon juice & shredded parmesan and season with a bit of Italian seasoning, salt & pepper
  4. Use a fork to mash the avocado and mix well the ingredients
  5. Shape 12 "fritters" and place on a baking tray covered with parchment paper
  6. Bake for 30 minutes
