Ingredients

100 gr blue cheese - regular or vegetarian

2 medium spring onion(s) / scallion(s), chopped (30 gr)

10 tbsp(s) avocado oil mayonnaise (130 gr)

6 tbsp(s) sour cream (86 gr)

1 tbsp(s) lemon juice (15 gr)

Seasoning

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the blue cheese, chop the scallions and place them in a food processor
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process, until smooth (no more than 2 minutes are needed)
  3. Taste the mixture, add more salt and/or pepper and/or lemon, if needed
  4. Serve with keto crackers or raw veggies

✔ You can make your own avocado mayonnaise if you prefer, which you can keep in the fridge for several days. Search for our recipe!
