Vegetarian keto avocado mayo & blue cheese dip
So easy, so cheesy, so creamy... You can make this amazing avocado & blue cheese dip, in no more than 5 minutes. The combination of avocado flavor with blue cheese will blow your mind away!
100 gr blue cheese - regular or vegetarian
2 medium spring onion(s) / scallion(s), chopped (30 gr)
10 tbsp(s) avocado oil mayonnaise (130 gr)
6 tbsp(s) sour cream (86 gr)
1 tbsp(s) lemon juice (15 gr)
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
- Crumble the blue cheese, chop the scallions and place them in a food processor
- Add the rest of the ingredients and process, until smooth (no more than 2 minutes are needed)
- Taste the mixture, add more salt and/or pepper and/or lemon, if needed
- Serve with keto crackers or raw veggies
