1 avocado(s) (201 gr)

0.5 lime(s) juiced (22 gr)

4 tbsp(s) olive oil (54 gr)

0.25 cup(s) water (60 gr)

0.5 clove(s) of garlic (2 gr)

0.5 tsp(s) chopped ginger (1 gr)


salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)


  1. Wash the avocado(s) thoroughly and cut in half
  2. Scoop out the flesh into a food processor or blender
  3. Add all the rest ingredients in the food processor too and blend, until the mixture is smooth
  4. Add water, if & as needed, until the dip reaches your desired smoothness
  5. Taste the mixture for saltiness; add more salt if needed
  6. Keep it in a jar in the fridge for 4-5 days


Serving size: about 1.5 tablespoons
