Ingredients

5 large egg(s) (250 gr)

Avocado mayo dip

1 clove(s) of garlic (3 gr)

3 tbsp(s) avocado oil mayonnaise (39 gr)

1 tbsp(s) lemon juice (15 gr)

salt (to taste)

Optional

1 tsp(s) mustard (5 gr)

Serving

0.5 tsp(s) paprika (1 gr)

Instructions

Eggs

  1. Hard boil the eggs (10 minutes needed) and then cool them in a bowl with cold water
  2. [In the meantime, prepare the avocado mayo dip]
  3. Peel the eggs and cut them in half
  4. Remove the yolks with a spoon and put them in a bowl
  5. Set the egg whites aside in a dish

Avocado mayo dip

  1. Smash the garlic cloves and put them in a bowl
  2. Add the avocado mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard (optional) and salt to taste
  3. Mix well the ingredients until you have a smooth texture

Assembly

  1. Mix well the egg yolks and the avocado mayo dip with a fork
  2. Using a spoon or a pastry bag, fill in the egg whites with the mix
  3. Sprinkle some paprika on the egg halves and serve

✔ You can make your own avocado mayonnaise, if you prefer. Search for our low carb recipe!

✔ If you don't eat / like mustard, you may replace it with more avocado mayonnaise
