Ingredients

1 avocado(s) (201 gr)

5 slice(s) swiss cheese - regular or vegetarian (90 gr)

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash the avocado(s) thoroughly and cut in half
  2. Remove the seed, scoop out the flesh and cut into 10 slices using a chopping board or a dish
  3. Season the avocado slices with salt & pepper
  4. Add 2 slices of avocado on a cheese slice and roll
  5. You may optionally add some mustard in the roll

Notes

For Non-Veg Ketoers:

  • Wrap each roll with 1 or 2 slices of prosciutto ->
  • If you use 1 slice of prosciutto (about 14gr / 0.5oz): 12.6gr Fat, 9.6gr Protein, 1gr Net carbs and 162 kcal per roll
