Avocados and Swiss cheese are amazingly well-combined flavors and you can make a delicious snack in literally no time! With less than a gram of net carbs per roll, this snack is a delicious fat bomb to enjoy throughout the day.

Ingredients
1 avocado(s) (201 gr)
5 slice(s) swiss cheese - regular or vegetarian (90 gr)
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Wash the avocado(s) thoroughly and cut in half
- Remove the seed, scoop out the flesh and cut into 10 slices using a chopping board or a dish
- Season the avocado slices with salt & pepper
- Add 2 slices of avocado on a cheese slice and roll
- You may optionally add some mustard in the roll
