Ingredients

2 medium spring onion(s) / scallion(s), chopped (30 gr)

2 tbsp(s) fresh parsley, chopped (8 gr)

100 gr vegetarian blue cheese

8 tbsp(s) mayonnaise (110 gr)

8 tbsp(s) sour cream (115 gr)

1 tbsp(s) lemon juice (15 gr)

Seasoning

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix well until smooth (no more than 2 minutes needed)
    • Alternatively, for a crunchy texture, chop the scallions and parsley, crumble the blue cheese and add them in a mixing bowl, as well as the rest of the recipe ingredients. Mix well using a spoon
  2. Taste the mixture, add more salt and/or pepper, if needed

Notes

✔ Preferably, let it sit overnight, so that the flavors of the various ingredients are well combined

✔ Simply, use vegan mayonnaise, if you are not an egg-eater
