I love it when simplicity leads to deliciousness! In this snack, we simply spread ricotta cheese on our keto burger bun. If you are ok with your net carbs limit, add a slice of tomato. Enjoy!

2 cherry tomatoes (34 gr)


  1. Cut open each burger bun
  2. Spread a tablespoon of ricotta cheese* on each bun half
  3. Optionally, add half a cherry tomato or a slice of tomato on each bun half and serve
