Ingredients

20 cherry tomatoes (340 gr)

20 mozzarella balls, vegetarian (260 gr)

0.5 tbsp(s) olive oil (7 gr)

Seasoning

20 fresh basil leaves (10 gr)

1 tsp(s) dried ground oregano (2 gr)

salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place in a salad bowl
  2. Cut the mozzarella balls in half and place in the bowl too
  3. Add the olive oil and season with some fresh basil leaves (optional), oregano and salt (to taste)
  4. Mix up the salad and serve

Serving size: 1/2 of the salad prepared
