Ingredients

20 cherry tomatoes (340 gr)

20 mozzarella balls - regular or vegetarian (260 gr)

0.5 tbsp(s) olive oil (7 gr)

Seasoning

20 fresh basil leaves (10 gr)

1 tsp(s) dried ground oregano (2 gr)

salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place in a salad bowl
  2. Cut the mozzarella balls in half and place in the bowl too
  3. Add the olive oil and season with some fresh basil leaves (optional), oregano & salt (to taste)
  4. Mix up the salad and serve

Serving size: 1/2 of the salad prepared
