Ingredients

1 tbsp(s) olive oil (14 gr)

4 large egg(s) (200 gr)

2 tbsp(s) heavy whipping cream (30 gr)

0.5 cup(s) crumbled feta cheese - regular or vegetarian (75 gr)

Seasoning

salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place a non-stick skillet with the olive oil over medium heat
  2. Crack the eggs in a bowl, add salt & pepper (to taste), as well as 2 tablespoons of heavy cream* and whisk
    • Adding heavy cream will help you achieve creamier & fluffier scrambled eggs
  3. Then, add half the crumbled feta cheese* and mix up
  4. Oil is now heated, so pour the egg - cheese mixture in the skillet
  5. Let it cook for 20-30 seconds, until it starts to set
  6. Use a rubber spatula to stir the eggs, while pausing for some seconds, so that the eggs are cooked
  7. Your eggs are done when they are all set and -at the same time- look slightly runny
    • You will need around 2-3 minutes in total for 2 eggs
  8. Remove to a plate, add the rest of the crumbled feta cheese on top and serve

Notes

✔ *Replace with water, if you don't have heavy cream

Serving size: 2 eggs & 1/4 cup feta cheese
