Ingredients
200 gr feta cheese - regular or vegetarian
1 cup(s) whole milk (244 gr)
1 clove(s) of garlic (3 gr)
1 tbsp(s) lemon juice (15 gr)
Seasoning
1 tsp(s) dried ground oregano (2 gr)
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix well until smooth (no more than 2 minutes needed)
- Scrape the bowl with a spatula in between
- Adjust the thickness / thinness of your sauce by decreasing / increasing the quantity of milk
- Taste the mixture, add more seasoning, if needed, and stir
Notes
✔ Store the dip in the fridge for 2-3 days, in a container with a lid or cover with cling film
✔ Serving size: 5 tablespoons
