Ingredients

200 gr feta cheese - regular or vegetarian

1 cup(s) whole milk (244 gr)

1 clove(s) of garlic (3 gr)

1 tbsp(s) lemon juice (15 gr)

Seasoning - Optional

1 tsp(s) dried ground oregano (2 gr)

salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients* in a food processor and mix well until smooth (no more than 2 minutes needed)
    • Scrape the bowl with a spatula in between
    • Adjust the thickness / thinness of your sauce by decreasing / increasing the quantity of milk
  2. Taste the mixture, add seasoning of your choice, and stir

Notes

✔ *Use less milk for a creamier sauce

✔ Store the dressing in the fridge for 2-3 days, in a container with a lid or cover with cling film
