Vegetarian keto baked parmesan zucchini fries
Baked parmesan zucchini fries are a must keto dish! You can have them as a side dish to accompany your main meal or as a snack combined with a keto sauce, like french onion dip or tomato sauce. Enjoy!

          Ingredients
500 gr zucchini(s)
2.5 tbsp(s) olive oil (34 gr)
100 gr shredded parmesan - regular or vegetarian
Seasoning
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
Optional
0.5 tsp(s) garlic powder (2 gr)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F
 - Wash the zucchinis, cut them into sticks and place on a towel to absorb moisture
 - Put the oil in a bowl
 - In a separate bowl, mix the parmesan cheese with a bit of salt & pepper (to taste), as well as a bit of garlic powder (optional)
	
- Add just a dash of salt, as parmesan cheese is very salty
 
 - Place the zucchinis into the bowl with the oil and toss around, until fully coated
 - Then, place the zucchinis into the bowl with the parmesan mix and toss around again, until fully coated
 - Arrange the zucchinis in a single layer on a baking tray covered with parchment paper
 - Bake for about 20 minutes (depends on how thick you've cut the zucchini sticks), until golden
	
- Flip halfway through
 - If needed, bake for 5 more minutes, using the oven broiler, until the sticks get golden
