Vegetarian keto sauteed halloumi, tomatoes & peppers

Sauteed halloumi cheese, cherry tomatoes & red peppers is a delightful and super easy to make dish. To saute

2 tbsp(s) olive oil (27 gr)

0.5 medium red pepper(s) (60 gr)

120 gr halloumi cheese - regular or vegetarian

10 cherry tomatoes (170 gr)


salt (to taste)

ground black pepper (to taste)


  1. Place a skillet on medium-high heat and add half of the olive oil
  2. Dice the pepper(s), add the pieces in the skillet and saute for about 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften
  3. In the meantime, dice the halloumi cheese
  4. After peppers are sauteed for 5 minutes, turn down the heat to medium - do not take them out of the skillet
  5. Add the halloumi cheese cubes, cherry tomatoes & the rest of the olive oil in the skillet. Season with salt & pepper and stir
  6. Saute for 3-4 more minutes, while you stir frequently, until the tomatoes start to soften too
  7. Place in a dish and serve
