Ingredients
2 tbsp(s) olive oil (27 gr)
2 red hot chili pepper(s) (90 gr)
120 gr halloumi cheese - regular or vegetarian
10 cherry tomatoes (170 gr)
Seasoning
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Place a skillet on medium-high heat and add half of the olive oil
- Add the pepper(s) in the skillet and saute for about 3-4 minutes, while stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften
- In the meantime, dice the halloumi cheese
- Turn down the heat to medium - do not take the peppers out of the skillet
- Add the halloumi cheese cubes, cherry tomatoes & the rest of the olive oil in the skillet
- Season with salt & pepper and stir
- Saute for 5-6 more minutes, while you stir frequently, until the tomatoes start to soften too
- Place in a dish and serve
