Easy vegetarian keto tomato, mozzarella & basil pesto salad
This salad with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil pesto, includes a combination of flavors that will excite you! Simplicity to prepare, doesn't at all mean lack of tastefulness...
200 gr tomatoes
120 gr vegetarian mozzarella cheese, fresh
2 tsp(s) basil pesto (10 gr)
salt (to taste)
- Cut tomato(es) into 12 slices and lay them on 2 serving dish(es)
- Season with salt
- Cut the fresh mozzarella into 12 small pieces or thin slices and place one on each slice of tomato
- Sprinkle a teaspoon of basil pesto per serving
✔ Preferably use classic tomatoes
✔ Serving size: 1/2 of the salad
