200 gr tomatoes
120 gr fresh mozzarella - regular or vegetarian
2 tsp(s) basil pesto (10 gr)
salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut tomato(es) into 12 slices and lay them on 2 serving dish(es)
- Preferably use classic tomatoes
- Season with salt
- Cut the fresh mozzarella into 12 small pieces or thin slices and place one on each slice of tomato
- Sprinkle a teaspoon of basil pesto* per serving
